1988 GI Joe VAMP Mark II Mail Away Version Up for bid is the GI Joe vehicle VAMP, Mark II from 1988. It is in very good condition with its 4 missiles, missile launcher, two doors, two gas cans, steering wheel and the hood blanket. It is missing its roof cover and did not come with a figure. From doing research on the internet this matches the description of a Mail Away version that came out in 1988. The vehicle is stamped Hasbro 1988 on the bottom. I am not an expert on GI Joe collectables and have tried to describe the figures and weapons to the best of my ability. Everything is being sold "AS IS". The mail-in version was made of a lighter brown plastic, it included gas cans instead of water cans, and had other small color differences. This mail-in version was also molded in Brazil."
