This is one fine auction item. Vintage Hasbro GI Joe very rare early TM Hasbro Hong Kong tagged first edition goldenrod pilot outfit and accessories. This is a uniform with early TM Hasbro Hong Kong tags with side snaps at the waist and good elastic at the wrists, perfectly functioning zipper, orange stitching, overall clean with playwear and minor wear and spots from use, time and storage, good looking item that displays smartly. The tag is frayed on the edges, and the uniform shows signs of playwear. There are faint decal marks on the chest and faint soil marks, and the left bottom leg has a small hole above the hem on the leg bottom as seen in the picture, probably from the foot being forced through the pants leg by the child. The material is thin and sheer and susceptible to fray and wear. The overall condition is a C-7/7+. It is only the second one I ever came across, most all have broken zippers and most all are used up because of the sheer material and the dye process not holding up to use, time and storage. It is very rare and hard to find especially in this collectible condition. It comes with mint short black combat boots, and an excellent blue Hasbro USA Pilot cap. I have described as much as I can see, it's one fine item. Set looks excellent. The uniform has good color and the color looks even, it has the play wear as noted but looks very nice as you can see in the pictures, all snaps are tight, YYY zipper which is commonly broken on these early fine tooth items works perfectly. I had this on a figure in my collection and had the pants tucked in the boots. It is very nice, you will be pleased I guarantee it.
